This is a pivotal role overseeing the end-to-end operations across wholesale, logistics, inventory, and merchandising - ensuring smooth processes, efficiency, and commercial success.
As Operations Executive, you'll partner with multiple departments to deliver excellence across wholesale accounts, retail, and e-commerce, driving operational performance and supporting the brand's international growth.

Your Responsibilities as Operations Executive
- Manage seasonal wholesale order processing and act as the main liaison between wholesale partners and internal teams.
- Ensure accurate allocation, tracking, and timely delivery of goods globally.
- Build and maintain wholesale critical paths and operational KPIs.
- Oversee logistics and distribution, optimising transport and warehousing.
- Manage inventory levels across all retail and wholesale channels.
- Conduct product and sales analysis, supporting merchandising and buying plans.
- Monitor product lifecycle from launch to markdown, identifying replenishment and promotional opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights to support seasonal range planning and product development.
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support financial performance through operational budget management.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence aligns with wider business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in operations and merchandising within fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and wholesale operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with systems such as Zedonk and other inventory/wholesale software.
- Degree in Business, Operations, or related field desirable.
