Job description

An exciting opportunity to join a premium Womenswear Brand that is going from strength to strength. Our client is looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join their team.

This role offers a great chance to work with beautiful, high-quality products and to be part of a growing business with an online presence & stores. The ideal candidate will have Womenswear experience, Knitwear would be a bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure they understand and adhere to technical specifications in a timely manner.
  • Working with Design team at the start of season on tech packs to ensure first proto's come back as close to original requests.
  • Work with the buying team to optimise manufacturing processes while maintaining quality standards, effectively managing production costs
  • Work with technical manager to standardise key blocks with the support of buying and design to increase speed and accuracy when fitting and increase product performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the production process, finding innovative solutions to maintain product quality.
  • Lead fit sessions (twice a week), working with buying and design to ensure excellent and consistent fit of product together with the best construction methods
  • Liase with external teams, including the warehouse to understand and respond to any quality issues and to advise further actions.
  • Conduct risk assessments of all products from the earliest point of product development, raising and resolving any identified issues.
