Job summary
Un cabinet médical dynamique recherche un réceptionniste pour assurer un service personnalisé auprès des patients. Responsibilities
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et traiter les demandes des patients.
- Réserver et trier les rendez-vous par téléphone.
- Saisir les détails des patients dans le système informatique.
Skills
As a receptionist you are often the first person the patients meet.
You will:
Book patients in for their appointments
Enter patient details onto the computer system
Direct patients where to go within the health centre
Answer telephone calls, sometimes directing call to other staff members through the phone system.
Book and triage appointments by telephone.
Answer queries from patients and other staff members.
Dealing with telephone enquiries.
Booking and amending patientappointments in line with practice procedures ensuring optimum efficiency ofour appointments system.
Electronically filing documents
Dealing with medication requests.
Copy and recording medical notes.
Other duties will include.
Filing
Chasing up patient results andreports
Photocopying
Word Processing
We are a small practice with around 2,500 patients and we pride ourselves in our personal service and our friendly approach to our patients and workforce.
You will:
Book patients in for theirappointments
Enter patient details onto thecomputer system
Direct patients where to go withinthe health centre
Answer telephone calls, sometimesdirecting call to other staff members through the phone system.

Answer queries from patients andother staff members.

- Previous experience of Medical Reception and Administration work.
- Be able to work as part of a small team.
- Experience of working within Primary Care.
- Qualification are desirable but not essential.
