Junior Account Executive – Property Owners/Real Estate
Location: London – Hybrid 3 Days
Salary: up to £55,000 per annum +

Are you an experienced Account Handler with client-facing exposure and a background in Property Owners or Real Estate policies? Are you ready to take the next step in your career and become an Account Executive?

Lawes are currently working with an established growing brokerage seeking a driven and talented individual to join their team as a Junior Account Executive.

This role will give the individual exposure to the market and the opportunity to inherit a pipeline of clients. Our client is open to considering individuals from an insurer background.

• Experience handling Property Owners/Real Estate insurance policies.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first approach.
• A desire to build long-term client relationships and grow your career within broking.
• Confident to work in a client facing role.
• Cert CII qualification (or above) is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required as well as the drive to succeed in a sales/client role.

• A clear pathway to becoming a fully-fledged Account Executive.
• The chance to work closely with a wide range of clients in the Property Owners/Real Estate sector.
