A communication services company is seeking a dedicated Telephone Operator to handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The position is primarily remote, but initial training will take place on-site. The ideal candidate is organized, can multi-task under pressure, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

We're looking for a highly organised Telephone Operator to be the welcoming voice of our busy languages team! This is a remote position, however initial interviews and training will be held on site in our office based in High Wycombe. Please note there will be occasional need to attend the office.
