A leading service provider in Swindon seeks a part-time switchboard operator to ensure an efficient communication system. The ideal candidate will have GCSE qualifications in Maths and English, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Part time – 12 hours per week - Mondays and Tuesdays 16:00-22:00. 9 Month Fixed Term Contract. Salary £24,465.00 per annum, pro rata, plus Serco benefits.
To provide a timely and effective 24 hr switchboard/Helpdesk & emergency service to the client ensuring that the service meets and exceeds the requirements of the service level specification.
