We deliver top-tier sales operations, using insights, analytics, and the right tools to guide decisions and improve performance, while building strong cross-functional partnerships across the business. The team focuses on accountability and customer impact to support our commercial teams with the tools and insights they need to succeed.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our Global Revenue Operations domain, supporting the commercial organization across multiple verticals in Europe and the US. Reporting to the Global VP of Revenue Operations, you will help shape how we sell by running business cadences, improving workflows, refining processes, and rolling out new ways of working that empower our sales teams across markets. You will lead strategic projects end to end—from design through to successful implementation—and ensure teams are trained and set up to deliver results. You will also drive consistency by developing clear documentation, running training sessions, and following up to ensure processes stick.
