We are looking for an experienced sales leader responsible for delivering IOT sales (revenues and margins) through wholesale partner relationships in the UK against an ambitious growth strategy. Responsible for extensive stakeholder engagement (internal and external), go-to-market approach, team structure, cadence and set up.

What you\'ll do
  • Lead, inspire & develop a team of IOT Specialists with a core focus of growing Revenue and share of wallet within key partner base.
  • Build C-level relationships with key partners to impact and influence business strategy toward driving Vodafone IoT connectivity.
  • Deliver ongoing growth through partners, winning in areas of the market not traditionally covered by our direct sales team.
  • Own and develop over arching strategy for UK indirect (IoT) and work with other markets to look at opportunities to collaborate. Demonstrate value of indirect channel to internal stakeholders in pursuit of additional support to drive further growth.
  • Take an active leadership position in the overall UK sales management team, working to create an environment where we succeed together and develop and grow our people.

Who you are
  • Clear understanding and experience of indirect channels, including the various go to market approaches, and the value they can offer to a broader sales function.
  • Energy and enthusiasm to develop and progress a team of sales individuals to deliver great achievements together.
  • Experience building C-Level relationships both internally and externally and the capability to leverage them to execute on a strategy.
  • Experienced sales leader with extensive history of successful sales leadership in a B2B Software / telecoms/IT environment (>3 years) within a multi matrix, complex operating structure.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an ability to link strategy, activities and initiatives to business performance.
  • Extensive history of successful sales leadership in a B2B software / telecoms/IT environment.
  • Proven track record in corporate / multinational corporate B2B business (preferably with indirect / channel experience).
  • Comfortable in negotiations up to C level.
  • Strategic mindset and understanding of requirement of how core business functions operate and underpin sales success.
  • Passion for IoT and the new business opportunities it offers our customers.
