Overview

Trustly is leading the human-centric payments revolution. To us, this means passionately building the most convenient, intelligent and responsible way of paying for things online. At our core, we are a tech company with industry-leading tech capabilities, and our people drive our leadership in the field.

Trustly is steadily growing as it connects thousands of businesses with hundreds of millions of people and has a strong presence across Europe and the Americas.

About the Global Revenue Operations

At Trustly, the Global Revenue Operations domain is on a mission to transform how we drive revenue and grow our merchant and user base. We deliver top-tier sales operations, using insights, analytics, and the right tools to guide decisions and improve performance, while building strong cross-functional partnerships across the business. The team focuses on accountability and customer impact to support our commercial teams with the tools and insights they need to succeed.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our Global Revenue Operations domain, supporting the commercial organization across multiple verticals in Europe and the US. Reporting to the Global VP of Revenue Operations, you will help shape how we sell by running business cadences, improving workflows, refining processes, and rolling out new ways of working that empower our sales teams across markets. You will lead strategic projects end to end—from design through to successful implementation—and ensure teams are trained and set up to deliver results. You will also drive consistency by developing clear documentation, running training sessions, and following up to ensure processes stick.

We are looking for a game-changer, with a strong background in sales or revenue operations, excellent project and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for helping teams operate at their best. Your work will be critical to increasing sales efficiency and driving growth across the business.

What you’ll do
  • Run core sales cadences and routines: Own and facilitate global pipeline reviews, deal desk meetings, and pipeline clean-ups to keep revenue processes on track
  • Drive strategic projects: Lead the operational delivery of key initiatives, from planning through rollout and training, ensuring smooth adoption by the sales teams
  • Streamline processes and tools: Continually refine workflows, improve the sales tech stack, and optimize ways of working to help sales teams focus on selling, not admin
  • Optimize the Lead-to-Cash process: Drive improvements across the end-to-end sales cycle—from opportunity creation and deal progression through contracting, and revenue recognition
  • Support enablement: Develop and deliver onboarding, training, and resources that help sellers ramp quickly and perform at their best
  • Improve forecasting: Analyze data to improve revenue predictability and help leadership make informed decisions
  • Champion best practices: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, sharing insights and learning across teams
Who you are
  • You have 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales (experience in payments or fintech is a plus)
  • You know how to run projects end-to-end, balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail
  • You have a track record of improving sales processes and making workflows more efficient
  • You're a clear communicator and strong collaborator, comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • You bring a data mindset, using insights to shape decisions and drive improvements
  • You're adaptable, resourceful, and always looking for ways to make things better
  • You take ownership and deliver on commitments, while keeping the customer at the center of everything you do
  • Salesforce experience is a must, and it’s great you’ve also used/managed tools like Gong, Sales Navigator, Cognism, QlikSense
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Benefits
  • 20 to 30 days of holiday (varies by location)
  • Monthly team outing allowance to enjoy social events with colleagues
  • Parental leave top-up additional support for new parents
  • Daily breakfast and on-site perks to make your workday smoother
  • Well being support — health allowance covers gym memberships, massages, and more
  • PLUS additional benefits designed to enhance your work-life experience
