The Opportunity

As part of the Commercial team, you will be central to driving successful customer outcomes and long-term partnerships. This role will give you the chance to work closely with Category Managers, international customers, and cross-functional colleagues, ensuring that commercial strategies deliver both value and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full commercial account lifecycle for allocated customers.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive bids and proposals in line with company standards.
  • Oversee contracts, including administration, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Maintain robust financial control through effective debt management.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships that drive mutual success.
  • Lead on bid preparation and negotiation, ensuring activities align with business objectives and customer needs.

We are looking for someone who brings both expertise and ambition:

  • Experience in a commercial, contracts, or business development role (aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering sector experience is preferred).
