Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales negotiators within the office.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and create vendor relationships.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments for coordination.
Skills
Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: West Kensington
Opportunity to work for an extremely successful independent that are market leaders within the area. They are searching for someone with experience in a high-performing Sales team (within Estate Agency) and ideally a track record of upskilling colleagues underneath them. A huge part of their business is progression and improvement, so there will be ample support from those above to help you strive forward the the team and office.

Basic: £40,000
OTE: £110,000
