You will manage a regional commercial team in Enfield, London, oversee procurement and supply chain engagement, and drive financial performance across this flagship infrastructure project.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all commercial activities on the enabling works package of a £6Bn regeneration project.
  • Manage a regional commercial team in Enfield, London.
  • Oversee procurement and supply chain engagement.
  • Drive financial performance across the project, including procurement, valuations, and final accounts.
Qualifications
  • Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
  • Proven experience managing commercial functions on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (essential).
  • Track record of leading teams and overseeing procurement, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Chartered status (RICS/ICES/CICES) or working towards chartership.
