Overview

Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading Manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a sales professional to join their Leicester based sales team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in leading a team in a sales environment, and take responsibility promoting products and services, and Managing relationships with current clients. the successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the internal sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training on products and sales techniques.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
• Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Oversee order processing and ensure compliance with internal systems and procedures.
• Support inventory planning based on seasonal demand and customer forecasts.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous sales leadership within a busy sales office
• Previous phone coaching experience
• Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to potential customers
• Proficient in using computer software systems for data entry and customer management – all training will be provided
• Experience within manufacturing industries highly desirable
• Passion for sales and enjoy communicating with people
