A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee a major new build residential scheme in East-Central London. The role involves managing a team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and liaising with clients and design teams. Ideal candidates should have significant experience in leading internal builds and excellent communication skills.
I am currently working with a Tier One Residential Developer, who have an opportunity for a Fit-Out Project Manager, to work on a major new build residential scheme with several years of work. This project is a large scale, mixed-use development in East-Central London, which will include high end, high-rise new build RC frame apartments. The current phase of the project is around £140 million, which is part of a bigger multi Billion pound scheme.
Our client is looking for someone who has overseen the whole Internal build process from frame to handover and experience managing a team of 12-15 Managers.
About the role of Project Manager
Looking for a Project Manager who can join the senior team to work on a new build project, overseeing the internal build process. You would be overseeing a team of Managers from Assistants to Senior Site Managers, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. You would be leading the internals, reporting into a Senior Project Manager.
