The Role:

• To directly manage and supervise a team of up to 20 production operatives
• Man management is key in this role - leadership
• Improve all aspects of the team from attendance, production output, organisation
• Run the team and Unit like your own mini business - Lots of autonomy for the right person
• Very manual orientated production - limited machines

The Candidate:

• You will have strong experience man managing production operatives
• You will be able to demonstrate how you man manage and generate motivated workers and loyalty
• You will be able to talk through targets and implementation
• You will be commutable to South Derbyshire daily - Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday)
• Production environment man management experience is essential - It is all about your drive and hunger
