gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for a Field Service Engineer to work at their facility based near Dartford.

Performance Objectives

• We are looking to recruit an experienced crane/hydraulic mobile engineer, specialised in lorry loaders cranes or similar, to join our clients growing team.
• Full manufacturer training given, other background experience welcome.
• Thorough examinations of lorry loader cranes and other hydraulic loading equipment to LOLER standard.
• Fault diagnostics (mechanical and electrical).
• Completion of all paperwork thoroughly and accurately.
• Carry out all repair work required on site where possible.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working on lorry loader cranes; however, full training will be provided to engineers from other backgrounds (i.e., forklift, plant, etc.).

Person Specification

• LOLER experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Electrical testing/diagnosis.
• Hydraulic background.
• Full driving licence (ESSENTIAL).
• Totally customer focused.
• Strong and flexible team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
