Responsibilities
- Attend client sites to ensure correct utilization of chemistry and plant equipment to meet discharge consent limits or wastewater management needs.
- Assist in assembling equipment and plant for use within client or company sites, including fitting and installation.
- Promote sales of chemicals, parts, and servicing work to new and existing clients.
- Service client equipment to a high standard based on a service plan.
- Maintain rental units and provide condition reports post-hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn new skills and methods to provide the best advice and assistance to clients.
- Uphold company standards and professionalism.
- Comply with site rules and Permit to Work regulations when on client sites.
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure all work is invoiced or reported.
- Provide Site Visit Reports after each customer contact to track follow-up works and SLA requirements.
- Participate in special projects or other work locations around the UK, including overnight stays.
- Plan routes efficiently to minimize mileage.
- Take ownership of equipment and maintain it to the highest standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Experienced technician with good operational standards and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to fault finding.
- Confident in customer and supplier interactions.
- Willing to prioritize customer needs.
- Flexible working hours and days based on business needs.
- Organized with good documentation skills for ISO and BSI compliance.
