Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 Basic (Overtime OTE £65K) + Car + Training + Technical Progression + Pension + Package

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their expanding team. Your responsibilities will include on-site support and maintenance, building strong client relationships, and contributing to system performance and optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide on-site service, maintenance, fault finding, and technical support for BMS installations.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted point of contact.
  3. Conduct system health checks, risk assessments, and propose upgrades to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
  4. Collaborate with account managers and project teams to meet client objectives.
  5. Stay updated on BMS technologies and contribute insights into energy-saving and smart building solutions.
  6. This role is Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility based on project needs.
Ideal Candidate
  1. Proven experience in BMS field service, with knowledge of systems like Trend, Tridium, or Siemens.
  2. Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills across hardware and software.
  3. Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  4. Ability to work independently and within a technical team.
  5. Ambition to develop into more strategic roles (optional but encouraged).
