A leading law firm in London is seeking an experienced Funds Paralegal to assist in the formation and establishment of funds, as well as advising on acquisitions and sales. The firms Funds team has raised funds for a wide variety of clients, ranging from multi-billion-dollar funds to middle-market funds and funds for emerging clients. The team assist with the formation and establishment of funds, along with advising on acquisitions and sales, representing buyers and structuring arrangements.
