You'll work on a broad range of commercial property matters, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in business development and client acquisition. You'll be required to:

• Deliver high-quality, profitable legal work across your own matters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
• Support the Head of Department in achieving business plan objectives
• Provide clear, commercially sound legal advice
• Make decisions independently, escalating only complex or novel issues
• Develop your profile as a sector expert

• UK-qualified solicitor with 7+ years PQE in commercial property
• Strong experience in a Real Estate team within private practice
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent service
• Track record of successful business development activity
• Commercially minded and confident in pricing and scoping work
