Temporary Arbitration Paralegal

Expanding law firm in London is looking to hire an experienced Temporary Arbitration Paralegal to join their London office on an initial 3‑month assignment.

Temporary Arbitration Paralegal Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining large electronic and paper case files, with day‑to‑day responsibility for file management, indexing and the organisation of client materials for associate review
  • Working with lawyers and interns to carry out first‑level document reviews ahead of second‑level associate review
  • Supporting associates during submission phases, including formatting and style consistency, cite‑checking, proofreading, and organisingantur supporting documentation
  • Leading the logistical planning of hearings, including negotiating contracts with transcribers, interpreters and hearing venues
  • Working closely with fee‑earners on opening and closing submissions, with responsibility for PowerPoint presentations
  • Assisting with the preparation of cross‑examination bundles, working closely with fee‑earners throughout the process
Temporary Arbitration Paralegal Skills & Requirements
  • Applicants must have 2‑3 years’ experience as a Paralegal in International Arbitration
  • Applicants must be available to start immediately
  • Experience of supporting filings and hearings and will need to work with some degree of autonomy
  • Experience with e‑discovery (Relativity, Disco etc)
