Expanding law firm in London is looking to hire an experienced Temporary Arbitration Paralegal to join their London office on an initial 3‑month assignment.

Temporary Arbitration Paralegal Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining large electronic and paper case files, with day‑to‑day responsibility for file management, indexing and the organisation of client materials for associate review
- Working with lawyers and interns to carry out first‑level document reviews ahead of second‑level associate review
- Supporting associates during submission phases, including formatting and style consistency, cite‑checking, proofreading, and organisingantur supporting documentation
- Leading the logistical planning of hearings, including negotiating contracts with transcribers, interpreters and hearing venues
- Working closely with fee‑earners on opening and closing submissions, with responsibility for PowerPoint presentations
- Assisting with the preparation of cross‑examination bundles, working closely with fee‑earners throughout the process
Temporary Arbitration Paralegal Skills & Requirements
- Applicants must have 2‑3 years’ experience as a Paralegal in International Arbitration
- Applicants must be available to start immediately
- Experience of supporting filings and hearings and will need to work with some degree of autonomy
- Experience with e‑discovery (Relativity, Disco etc)
