THE ROLE

You\'ll play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department, delivering high-quality legal services, and driving business growth.

Lead and supervise a high-performing Private Client team, providing guidance and mentoring to support their development.

Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, estate planning, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration.

Champion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm’s regional reputation.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Knowledge of inheritance tax, trust and estate taxation, and experience in drafting and administering trusts and settlements.
• Outstanding client care and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong time management, organisation, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systems.
