Overview:
A leading law firm in Glasgow is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its established property team. The role offers a mix of general commercial property work with a particular focus on telecoms-related transactions. You'll be involved in managing site portfolios, acquisitions and commercial leasing matters, with regular client contact and scope to handle files independently.
Role Requirements:
- Experience: 3–6 years post-qualified
- Background in commercial property transactions
- Experience with telecoms-related property work is desirable
- Confident managing transactions from instruction to completion
Skills:
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
