Service Care Solutions is currently working with a well-known local authority based in Greater Manchester, seeking a Prosecution Solicitor to join their team.

Rate:
PAYE (Inc. Hol) - £48.87 - £53.27 per hour
Umbrella - £55-£65 per hour

This is a 3-month contract with the potential to extend and offers hybrid working.

1. Present cases in the Magistrates’ Court, including trials, bail applications, and sentencing hearings.
2. Manage a high caseload in Prosecution law from start to finish.
3. Provide expert advice and guidance within your area of expertise.

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
2. Experience working in a Prosecution law team for a local authority.
3. Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ experience in Prosecution law.
