- Solid understanding of the full conveyancing process.

Responsibilities
- Managing own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
- Preparing and completing Offers, Missives, LBTT forms, and Settlements.
- Conducting title checks, searches, and registrations.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and Solicitors.
- Supporting colleagues with general legal administration as required.
