A top 50 UK law firm in Cambridge is seeking a newly or recently qualified Corporate Lawyer to join their distinguished Corporate team. You will engage in advising clients on acquisitions, mergers, and disposals, and participate in various international transactions. Qualifications
- Newly or recently qualified lawyer in Corporate Law.
- Ambitious attitude and desire to grow within a firm.
- Understanding of legal transactions in corporate environments.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on acquisitions, mergers, and disposals.
- Assist in transactions for investors and international deals.
- Contribute to the firm's sector specialisms in Corporate Law.
Modern and forward thinking, top 50 UK law firm with over 1000 people, including 125 Partners, wish to recruit a newly or recently qualified Corporate Lawyer .
You will form part of a nationally recognised and highly regarded Corporate team which includes over 45 corporate fee earners, and 16 partners, more than a dozen of whom are recommended in the latest Legal 500 rankings.
The work includes assisting the team to advise clients on acquisitions, mergers and disposals of companies and businesses, transactions for investors, and many international transactions.
The Corporate team plays a leading role in several firm-wide sector specialisms including Energy and Infrastructure, Healthcare, Motor and Food and Beverage.
