Service Care Solutions areworking in direct partnership with a well-established and growing legal firm in Stirling, who are looking to add aResidential Conveyancing Paralegalto their dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload ofresidential conveyancing transactionsfrom instruction to completion
• Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
• Carrying outtitle checksand reporting on title
• Handlingproperty registrationsand liaising with HM Land Registry
• Communicating with clients, lenders, estate agents, and solicitors throughout the transaction
• Supporting solicitors and partners on complex residential and portfolio matters

The ideal candidate:

• Has strong experience in residential conveyancing
• Is confident working independently and collaboratively in a team
• Brings enthusiasm and professionalism to a growing department

• Salary: £36,000–£37,000(depending on experience, with potential for negotiation)
