- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Contentious Probate Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Litigator.
- Strong ability in managing contentious trusts and probate work.
- Proven experience in client interaction and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of contentious trusts and probate work.
- Manage inheritance act claims, breach of trust claims, and executor/trustee disputes.
- Engage in validity of Will challenges and other private wealth disputes.
