• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Contentious Probate Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Litigator.
• Strong ability in managing contentious trusts and probate work.
• Proven experience in client interaction and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of contentious trusts and probate work.
• Manage inheritance act claims, breach of trust claims, and executor/trustee disputes.
• Engage in validity of Will challenges and other private wealth disputes.
