This Legal 500-ranked firm is searching for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team of expert Contentious Probate Lawyers within their Horsham office. As a valued member of this specialist team, you’ll benefit from friendly guidance and great resources from the outset.

Your workload as a Contentious Probate Solicitor will consist of a wide range of contentious trusts and probate work, including inheritance act claims, breach of trust claims, executor/trustee disputes, validity of Will challenges, and various other private wealth disputes.
