Overview
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (Higher end for candidates with more than 1 year of experience)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Fee Earner with credit hire RTA experience to join our client’s growing legal team. The successful candidate will handle a caseload of pre-litigated files with autonomy and professionalism.
The Role
Manage a caseload of pre-litigated credit hire RTA claims.
Review and assess new instructions and progress files through negotiation and settlement.
Prepare cases for litigation where necessary.
Regularly communicate with clients, insurers, and third-party representatives.
Ensure accurate and timely case progression in line with firm procedures and client expectations.
The Person
Minimum 1 year’s experience in credit hire RTA work at a claimant law firm.
Solid understanding of pre-action protocol and credit hire principles.
Ability to prioritise a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
Proactive, professional, and committed to delivering excellent client service.
