Overview

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (Candidates with over 1 year of experience can expect £28k–£30k)

We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Hire Litigation Fee Earner to join our client’s busy and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with at least 1 year of hands-on experience handling litigated credit hire RTA (Road Traffic Accident) claims at a claimant law firm.

The Role

Manage a caseload of litigated credit hire RTA files from inception to settlement.

Draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.

Conduct case reviews and formulate case strategies.

Liaise with clients, third parties, and counsel as required.

Attend court hearings when necessary.

Meet monthly billing targets while ensuring high-quality client service.

The Person

A minimum of 1 year’s experience dealing with credit hire litigation in a claimant law firm.

Strong knowledge of the litigation process and civil procedure rules.

Ability to manage a full caseload independently.

Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to client care.
