Private Client Solicitor (Wills and Probate) - Gloucester

A highly regarded law firm, with a rich heritage spanning over 30 years, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team in Gloucester. The Role: They are now looking for a Private Client Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their team in the Gloucester office. This role will involve working on a variety of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, LPAs, and more. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, liaising directly with clients, and providing exceptional service.

The majority of the work will come from repeat business and referrals, thanks to the firm's strong reputation. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, LPAs, and more.
• Offering high levels of client care, ensuring prompt, proactive, and efficient service.
• Supporting business development initiatives, including networking and contributing to the firm's visibility.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with all professional standards.
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices and departments.

Requirements:

• A Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong knowledge and experience in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estates, LPAs, and related matters.
• Exceptional client care skills, with a proactive and responsive approach.
• A strong desire to contribute to business development efforts and firm growth.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
