Job summary
A modern legal practice in Brighton is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 6+ years PQE in Employment Law. The role involves a mix of advisory and contentious work including workplace investigations, tribunal representation, and drafting documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with clients. This position offers a salary range of £80,000 to £120,000 plus 20% on billings, with a commitment to a supportive and inclusive culture.
