  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Negotiating settlements in cases of disputes or employment-related claims.
  • Advising on how to handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Helping businesses comply with laws when transferring employees as part of a business sale or restructuring.
