Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £55,000–£72,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme

Experience: 5+ PQE

Contract: Full-time or Part-time

You will join a team of seasoned employment solicitors who value collaboration, autonomy, and a positive working culture.

The Role

This fully remote position offers exceptional flexibility. Choose the days and hours that suit you — allowing your work to fit around your life, not the other way around. You will manage a varied caseload of employment law matters while delivering clear, practical, and commercially focused advice. All work is provided but consultants with a portable client book are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad caseload, including claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, and Employment Tribunal matters.
  • Provide high-quality, pragmatic legal advice to clients.
  • Handle incoming client enquiries and convert leads into new instructions.
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team of 12 solicitors, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations.
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE in employment law (contentious and / or non-contentious).
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload and working independently.
  • Strong communicator with excellent client care skills.
  • Well-organised, self-motivated, and confident when advising remotely.
  • Able to manage inbound leads and convert enquiries into instructions.
