Job description
The Role

You will join an expert clinical negligence team dealing with a caseload of high-value, multi-track claims, many of which are complex and medically intricate. The firm is known for taking on challenging cases and fighting for justice for clients who have suffered avoidable harm.

You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to resolution, supported by experienced colleagues and a highly effective operational team that allows lawyers to focus on legal work – not admin.

What’s on Offer
  • Opportunity to work with a partner-led team of true clinical negligence specialists.
  • Excellent levels of autonomy and responsibility, with mentoring and support available.
  • Flexible hybrid working – with most of the team working remotely for part of the week.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, tailored to reflect experience.
Candidate Requirements
  • You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience handling clinical negligence claims, ideally claimant-side.
  • Experience in managing a litigated caseload is important, particularly in higher-value, complex matters.
  • A strong client-care ethos and attention to detail are key.
  • The firm is open to candidates based further afield who are comfortable with hybrid / remote arrangements, provided they can attend the office on occasion.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, modern firm that offers a supportive culture, genuine work-life balance, and a caseload that will challenge and develop your expertise.
