Our client is seeking a talented Planning Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join their national L500 team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including developers, retailers, corporate occupiers, charities, investors, funders, NHS bodies, local authorities, and government agencies.
In this role, you'll provide strategic planning advice, negotiate statutory agreements, conduct due diligence on planning aspects of real estate transactions, and advise on areas such as Assets of Community Value and Village Greens. You'll also be involved in risk management, appeals, judicial reviews, and enforcement matters, alongside highways and infrastructure planning. A strong knowledge of EIA, CIL, and GLA planning is essential.
The successful candidate will have experience in drafting complex agreements, advising on judicial reviews and appeals, and working on regeneration projects. A track record in practice development and excellent client communication skills are key.
