This is a varied, hands‑on role where youll support senior fee‑earners, manage your own administrative and client‑care workload, and play a key part in delivering an outstanding service to vulnerable clients and their families.

The role has lots of variation and responsibility, including :

  • Supporting senior team members with fee‑earning tasks
  • Managing time recording, WIP, and billing
  • Plenty of direct contact with clients, families, carers, and professionals
  • Managing day‑to‑day client affairs (HMRC, benefits, insurance, invoices)
  • Preparing legal documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Conducting legal research
  • Drafting routine correspondence
  • Liaising with external providers and obtaining quotes
  • Budgeting and reconciliations
