Requirements

Depending on your discipline and experience you will support an experienced solicitor or partner

• Conveyancing
• Commercial and residential conveyancing
• Lease renewals
• Refinancing and Bridging advice

Working closely with banks and mortgage providers.

Liaise with clients on terms and conditions the sales packs and admin requirements for new files.

Check anti-money laundering requirements and obtain opening file balances

Get Office copies available and assist with new contracts.

Work with a qualified solicitor from instruction raising enquiries exchange of contracts and post completion requirements.

Prepare completion statements.

Close files and deal with administration for storage.

• Law graduate
• Ideally with 1-3 years of relevant experience in conveyancing in a Law Firm
