The role involves handling a diverse caseload of non-contentious residential property transactions, including:

• Sales and purchases of residential property
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• First registrations and lease extensions

As a senior member of the team, you will also play a pivotal role in mentoring and supervising junior colleagues, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

• Provide expert legal advice on a full range of residential property matters
• Supervise and support the professional development of junior team members
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service
• Work collaboratively within a team-driven environment, sharing knowledge and expertise
• Drive business development, fostering both internal and external referral opportunities

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 6+ years PQE in Residential Property (CILEX lawyers or Licensed Conveyancers also considered)
• A strong track record of handling complex residential transactions
• Ability to manage caseloads independently while supporting team growth
• Excellent technical drafting skills and a client-centric approach
• A proactive and commercially savvy mindset
