A local support service provider in Redhill is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to assist a young woman with complex health needs. The role includes supporting daily activities and creating a positive living environment. Candidates must possess strong English communication skills and a valid UK driving licence. The position offers 37.5 guaranteed hours per week with competitive pay and benefits.

Salary: £12.87 per hour (£25,096.50 per annum) plus benefits.

We\'re looking for a compassionate, resilient support worker to join a young woman on her exciting move to her own apartment. She has complex health needs including autism, learning disabilities, and RCDP, and is seeking someone experienced, patient, and positive to support her with daily living, communication (Makaton & PECS), mobility, and emotional wellbeing.
She loves rollerblading in Battersea Park and is a huge fan of Christmas music, so if you\'re calm, consistent, and don\'t mind a bit of repetition, you\'ll fit right in!
You\'ll support her during day services and community outings on a 2:1 basis. A manual UK driving licence is essential.
