We have an exciting opportunity for a Luggage Porter to join our highly successful team at The Soho Hotel, one of our flagship properties in the heart of London. As a Luggage Porter, you will play a crucial role in our front office team, ensuring that every guest experience is memorable from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the concierge desk with the smooth running of daily operations. This includes managing luggage, providing information, and fulfilling guest requests efficiently. Firmdale Hotels is an international, award-winning group of 11 luxury hotels and 10 bars and restaurants in London and New York, renowned for their unique interiors and exceptional service.
