Overview
Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the employees in your department to ensure an excellent work atmosphere and premium brand experience.
- Manage the daily business in your department to reach sales targets (including digital services, visual merchandising, and salesfloor).
- Identify and improve areas based on feedback given by consumers.
- Be a brand ambassador for NIKE's initiatives, including training your team.
- Ensure the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines.
- Cooperate with business partners across stores and HQ.
- Lead a team capable of efficient product receiving and inventory accuracy to visual presentation standards.
- Ensure smooth inventory processes so the sales floor is always full, presentable and aligned with brand standards.
- Work alongside department leads who oversee the individual components (product receiving and visual presentation) while you are responsible for the overall product journey in store.
- Be responsible for monthly initiative launches.
- Use reporting tools to make the best commercial decisions.
- Achieve accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.
Athlete Experience
- Ensure the team is equipped to deliver the highest quality athlete experience (Purpose).
- Lead team engagement on NIKE Community Ambassador activities.
- Partner with senior store leadership to oversee the hiring processes including onboarding.
- Be responsible for store scheduling.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture.
Qualifications
- A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
- Experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
- Very good command of English language (written and spoken).
- Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service.
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
- Strong focus on communication.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
- Leading by example and delivering our sales floor service to bring the consumer journey to life.
- Ensuring the team is equipped with brand knowledge regarding all aspects of consumer service including digital service enablers.
- Completing specific training and sharing completion with athlete services.
- Using data and analytics to provide insights and partner to achieve continuous improvement with senior store leadership.
