Job summary
A national law firm in Sheffield is seeking a Partner to handle a specialized caseload and supervise junior staff. Candidates must have extensive experience advising high-net-worth clients on estate planning and inheritance tax matters. Business development skills and a proven marketing track record are essential. This role allows for some home working and offers an unrivaled package.
Qualifications

- Ability to supervise and mentor junior fee-earners.
Responsibilities
- Handle own caseload of matters in a specialist private client team.

Unique opportunity to join a Legal 500 and Chambers recognised national law firm at their offices in Sheffield city centre at Partner level.
Working in part of a very well-regarded specialist private client team, you will handle your own caseload of matters and provide supervision to junior fee‑earners.
You will assist clients such as families, business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals with a range of complex requirements.
You will be an existing Partner with extensive experience advising HNW clients on estate and succession planning, inheritance tax mitigation, the formation, administration and taxation of trust structures and estate administration. STEP is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
Business development credentials and evidence of successful marketing initiatives is expected. Open to senior associates looking for a promotion or existing Partners. Some home working. Unrivalled package.
