The role

Sharkmob are growing rapidly and recruiting for the London studio, looking for exceptional people to join the design team. You'll be working closely with every design discipline, providing technical support and crafting the systems that form the heart of the game. Your role will be to design, prototype, document and support several key areas. You'll be a major point of contact for the designers and will work closely with the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to identify technical requirements
• Using UE5, assist with the rapid development and iteration of content, coming up with innovative solutions to problems, smoothing the path from idea to content
• Provide support for the design team, taking ownership and being a point of contact for certain aspects of the game and helping to push these to AAA quality
• Help mentor more junior members of the team on best practices and help maintain standards when creating blueprints and other assets.
• Be passionate and proactive about giving the team the ability to create AAA content
