About the Role

To grow our business by building strong relationships with builders across WA, you’ll be out in the field, engaging directly with potential clients, building a portfolio, and ensuring they receive top‑quality service and support from start to finish.

You’ll be provided with everything you need, including:

  • A fully maintained company vehicle
  • Fuel card
  • Phone, tablet, and e‑tag
  • Base salary + performance‑based commission
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Generate new business across targeted suburbs in WA
  • Build long‑term relationships with builders

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Resilient attitude – you don’t give up after a “no”
  • Able to work independently and manage your time well
  • Confident with cold calling and meeting new people
  • Comfortable negotiating and closing deals
  • Professional presentation and manner
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)
  • Previous experience in sales or business development
  • Background in construction or the ability to read site drawings/contracts
  • Knowledge of subcontractor agreements
  • Familiarity with the WA building industry
