Compensation: £45,000 - £55,000 / year
Reports to: Head of Field Operations
Location: Home based with regular and frequent travel throughout Scotland including occasional staying away (in general more Edinburgh and Glasgow area focused).
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
Reward: £45,000 basic with additional £10,000 Quality bonus and £4,500 car allowance

We’re looking for talented and ambitious people to join our rapidly growing business. We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join us to lead our Scottish Field Debt Operation resolving commercial Energy debts.
Working for our Metering business Yu Smart and in collaboration with our colleagues in the Debt Teams, you’ll be responsible for leading our Scottish internal Field Debt Resolution operation. This means leading the implementation of the infrastructure to allow us to successfully deliver across Scotland to visit commercial customers onsite and prevent or resolve debt issues. Our aim is to build a highly credible and respectful field force capable of visiting customers face-to-face to prevent our customers getting into debt in the first place or prevent them getting further into debt. If our customers do find themselves in debt, our mission is to help our customers become debt free as quickly but sustainably as possible.
We are already shaking up the industry by focusing on pre-Warrant of Entry field debt solutions and if we do have no option but to go to Warrant of Entry, we want to do this as effectively as possible for our customers and as a last resort.
This role will suit an agile, energetic entrepreneurial leader capable of working calmly under pressure to create a best-in-class function. We are looking for a fresh thinker, someone who has experience in this area but is not constrained by how the industry operates today – this role will be integral to reinventing how debt is resolved via field face-to-face customer interaction.
This role will involve you working closely with operatives in the field and remote interaction with the internal Debt Management Function to achieve objectives and improve process.
