Position: Sales Development Representative, Deel Immigration. You will break into new accounts and build relationships across multiple contacts within target segments, collaborating with the wider sales team, conducting market research to identify prospects, and qualifying leads based on onboarding fit.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that become opportunities and closed business.
  • Learn from the sales team and contribute to building out our Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
  • Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Identify and understand each lead generation process, support marketing activities, manage prospect touch-points, and hand off to an Account Executive.
  • Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are scheduled.
Qualifications
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work autonomously and source solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and growth-oriented attitude
  • Ability to write effective email copy and campaign sequences
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Active relationship builder and collaborative across teams to improve processes
  • Experience in HR or fintech is preferred
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup is preferred
