About the Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter on our Internal Operations Team, you’ll lead searches across multiple high-growth startups by operating through our centralized recruiting platform. You’ll manage outbound sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination, while collaborating with Olympia’s internal team to ensure alignment on quality and delivery expectations. This is an opportunity ideal for recruiters who thrive in high output, self managed environments and want to work with a variety of cutting-edge tech companies - with an opportunity to convert to full time.

Responsibilities
  • Platform-Based Execution: Submit candidates through a centralized recruiting platform used across Olympia’s client network.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a best-in-class candidate journey while managing multiple open reqs in parallel.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with Olympia’s internal team to understand client expectations, role priorities, and submission strategies.
  • Reporting & Communication: Track candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring outcomes via the platform.
Required Qualifications

Technical Recruiting Expertise:

  • 3-5+ years of experience recruiting for engineering and product roles in startups or tech-focused companies
  • High-Volume, High-Velocity: Proven ability to juggle multiple open roles, candidates, and clients simultaneously
  • Recruiting Athlete: Familiarity with scheduling, sourcing, and recruiting tools commonly found within recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Slack and etc)
  • Self-Managed Execution: Thrives in fast-paced environments without handholding; excellent time and pipeline management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Venture Backend Startups: Prior success working with venture-backed startups (Seed to Series C).
  • Diverse Recruiting Background: Background in agency, contingency, or RPO-style recruiting.

Recruiting Athlete

  • Familiarity with scheduling, sourcing, and recruiting tools commonly found within recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Slack).
  • Communication & Influence: Ability to drive alignment with internal and external stakeholders, even across asynchronous workflows.
  • Commission-Based DNA: Comfortable working in a 100% placement-based model with no base salary; success is directly tied to execution.
  • Platform Proficiency: Experience working through centralized recruiting platforms or VMS marketplaces.
