About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter on our Internal Operations Team, you’ll lead searches across multiple high-growth startups by operating through our centralized recruiting platform. You’ll manage outbound sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination, while collaborating with Olympia’s internal team to ensure alignment on quality and delivery expectations.
