We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join a fabulous travel company, working remotely (UK only), one year fixed term contract covering maternity leave. This is a great role for an experienced HR Advisor with 3-5 years experience looking for the next step as a HR Business Partner.
The HR Business Partner must have strong employee relations experience along with stakeholder management with strong knowledge of ACAS employment law.
This role would suit someone from an agile, growing, dynamic business. You will partner with colleagues across the business to drive continuous improvement, people first, and consistency of approach. Our ideal candidate is an innovative and multifaceted HR professional with exceptional knowledge of employment law and its practical application, and someone who has designed and delivered a range of large projects and initiatives across L&D, wellbeing and career development.
